Refund Policy

This policy sets out when payments to ByteMatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are refundable, under what conditions, and how to request a refund. For any refund question, email hello@bytematrix.in with your name, payment date, amount, and the reason for your request.

Agency Pilot Month (₹40,000)

The agency pilot month is refundable in full if you cancel before any work has started — specifically, before creator outreach has been initiated, briefs have been sent, or strategy sessions have been delivered.

Once work begins, the fee is non-refundable for work already performed, creator outreach already initiated, or any third-party cost you have approved in writing.

If we materially fail to deliver the agreed scope — meaning we have missed two or more key deliverables without resolution — and we cannot remedy this within 10 business days of receiving written notice from you, we will review a partial refund on a case-by-case basis and respond within 5 business days.

Agency Monthly Retainer

Monthly retainers are charged for reserved team capacity and active campaign management. The retainer fee for the active billing period is non-refundable once work for that period has begun.

Cancellation takes effect from the start of the next billing cycle unless your signed service agreement specifies a different notice period. Unused days within a billed period are not credited or refunded.

SaaS Platform Subscriptions (when launched)

Platform subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date. We do not offer partial-month refunds for unused time within a billing period.

If a verified platform outage caused by us prevents meaningful access to the platform for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may request a prorated service credit or partial refund for the affected period. Submit this request within 14 days of the outage.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@bytematrix.in with: your full name, the date and amount of the payment, and a clear description of why you are requesting a refund.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and issue a decision within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically clear within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
