Built for Indian D2C brands that can't afford to guess with creator spend.
The Problem
Influencer marketing in India is still largely running on WhatsApp messages, Google Sheets, and a founder's gut. Most D2C brands have no way to know what a fair creator rate is for their category, whether a creator's engagement is real or purchased, what their campaign actually needs to break even before they commit, or what happened to the budget after content went live.
They learn these things retrospectively — after the campaign, after the spend, after the invoice is already paid. That loop is expensive and it compounds. A team that does twelve campaigns a year on instinct has twelve opportunities to get it wrong. ByteMatrix exists to close that gap.
What ByteMatrix Is
ByteMatrix is an influencer marketing operating system for Indian D2C brands. It starts with free tools — calculators for rates, ROI, engagement quality, TDS, shipping cost, disclosure compliance, and other decision points that come up in every campaign. These tools don't require an account and produce results in seconds.
The platform layer — currently in early access — pulls the workflow together: creator shortlisting, campaign briefs, approval flows, UTM tracking, payout management, and post-campaign reporting. For brands that want managed execution instead of a tool, ByteMatrix runs campaigns directly. The through-line in all three is the same: give Indian brands the information layer that enterprise influencer platforms cost ₹80,000 a month to access.
Who This Is For
ByteMatrix is built for Indian D2C founders and marketing managers who are serious about creator spend but don't have the budget or headcount for an enterprise SaaS. That means teams running ₹5 lakh to ₹50 lakh a year on influencer activity, making decisions without a dedicated influencer marketing manager, operating across Instagram, YouTube, and regional platforms simultaneously, and trying to justify spend to a CFO or co-founder who wants to see a number, not a story.
If that description fits your situation, ByteMatrix was built for you.
How It Started
Archit started ByteMatrix in 2026after spending time inside D2C growth teams and watching the same problems recur: no benchmark for creator pricing, no easy way to check engagement quality, no tool that could answer "what does this campaign need to do to pay back?"
The free tools came first — built as internal utilities, then opened up because every D2C team had the same questions. The platform is being built around the same principle: solve the actual operational problems first, then build around them. ByteMatrix is incorporated in India and is intentionally focused on the Indian market, where the local nuances — RTO rates, COD conversion, regional creator ecosystems, ASCI compliance, TDS on influencer payments — are not afterthoughts but the whole point.
